Many tests have been carried out to make sure the MAGTENLIGHT products deliver the     best of quality, day and night, warm or cold, rain or snow. In fact, the actual lifetime of a Magtenlight product extends the warranty period by far.

Here are a few of the many tests we have performed:

1. A one month continuous running test, 24 hours per day

2. A 5% salt spray test, 196 hours continuously

3. A vibration test to simulate actual conditions of use, continuously ran for one month on a vibrating device

4. A hot and cold fluctuation test cooling the product to -18 degrees C for one day and        heat it up to + 70 degrees C for one day followed by continuous running for one week.

5. A speed test, running the product at 2 times the normal speed    (Normal speed = 15Km/Hour) continuously for one month.

6. A UV-ultraviolet weathering test, putting the product in a UV chamber for one month ( This chamber has a UV solar radiation intensity of  120 kcal/cm square/year) 

7. An On-Off test, turning front wheel of the bicycle for 5 seconds, then stop for 5                  seconds, for a total of 100,000 times.
